Limitation of Liability
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or economic interests. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim or INR 100, whichever is lower.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
